INTENT TO REGISTER
Signing and submitting this registration form indicates that the traveler is intentionally registering for the DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour.
Submitting this form and a financial deposit/payment indicates that the traveler intends to enter into a binding contract that requires specific financial payments at specified times.
This registration is official once Discipleship Travel LLC receives the appropriate financial deposit/payment via check, credit/debit card, or ACH.
Any delay in receipt of the traveler’s payment by Discipleship Travel LLC may allow others to register ahead of the traveler named herein, possibly moving the named traveler to the waitlist. If the traveler chooses not to be waitlisted, they may request a refund without penalty.
PRIVACY POLICY
For Discipleship Travel LLC to make travel arrangements for the DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour, the traveler must provide the necessary personal data.

PAYMENT POLICY AND PRICING
The published price for DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour is in US Dollars and is payable by credit/debit card only.
As a convenience to travelers, Discipleship Travel LLC offers the option to pay tour fees by credit/debit card or ACH (eCheck) via the company website (https://discipleshiptravel.com/canada-payments/).
Travelers must pay all tour fees before travel.
The full-package price for this group is $4,640. The ground-only price for this group is $3,300.
The single supplement fee is $1,185.
The Full Package begins/ends at Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ).
The Ground-Only package includes everything the full package includes except airfare. Ground-Only participants must a) provide their transportation to/from Israel and b) coordinate with the group’s Tel Aviv arrival and departure.
INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE
Coach airfare◇, double-occupancy† accommodations in superior hotels, entry fees, English-speaking guides, drivers, breakfast and dinner^ at the hotels, climate-controlled buses, porterage, taxes, and tips (hotel staff, drivers, and guides).
◇ Seat upgrades may be available at an extra charge.
† A single room requires a supplement of $1,185. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible for providing a roommate. Each participant is responsible for providing their own roommates.
^ All meals are prepared in industry-regulated kitchens licensed by the appropriate health boards. However, Discipleship Travel LLC neither guarantees nor represents that in-flight or hotel meals will meet any participant’s specific allergy or dietary restrictions.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR COST
Lunches, a la carte beverages at buffets (e.g., soft drinks and alcohol), daily water or snacks, souvenirs or personal expenses, any expenses resulting from illness or accident, passport costs, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned as included in the tour brochure or web page, or any other services not specifically mentioned as included in the tour brochure or web page.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $300 must be submitted by September 1, 2023. Fifty percent (50%) of the tour price must be paid by February 8, 2024, 130 days before departure. The final balance must be paid by April 3, 2024, 75 days before departure.
Late payments will incur a $25 non-refundable late fee and may cause forfeiture of reservation.
LIMITED SPACE
The maximum number of participants for the DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour is fifty (50). Discipleship Travel LLC has secured 30 airline seats. Additional seats may be available at a different price.
MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS
The minimum number of participants for the DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour is twenty (20). If twenty (20) participants fail to register and make the final payment, Discipleship Travel LLC may cancel the group, and all payments, less a $100/per person handling fee, will be returned. Alternatively, Discipleship Travel LLC and the group leader may agree on a supplement to be paid by each participant to continue the tour even though there are fewer than twenty (20) participants.
If the group fails to be viable, Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible for, nor will Discipleship Travel LLC reimburse any expenses incurred by participants in preparation for the tour.
ITINERARY CHANGES
The related itinerary is subject to change due to airline disruptions or schedule changes, or local conditions, which may include, among other things, weather, security, and crowd considerations.
If an itinerary change necessitates extra overnights, each participant will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from such changes.
PASSPORTS
All participants must have a passport that is valid for at least six (6) months beyond their return date. Participants traveling on a Canadian passport generally receive a tourist visa upon arrival at the airport in Israel. Any participant who has had previous difficulties entering Israel or are on a no-fly list, should contact the Israeli Embassy for instructions on how to proceed.
Non-Canadian (or USA) passport holders may need to apply for a visa prior to arrival.
Any participant that intends to travel on a non-Canadian (or USA) passport is solely responsible for knowing and meeting the entry requirements for their destination country. The Government of Israel provides visa information here.
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible for securing participants’ passports or verifying the validity of currently held passports.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for the DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour, participants give Discipleship Travel LLC permission to use and publish photographs in which they may appear for promotion, print, editorial, advertising, or other related purposes without financial compensation. Additionally, by registering for this tour, participants specifically release Discipleship Travel LLC from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Due to airline contracts, bus size, and included porterage, participants are allowed one checked bag, not to exceed 62 inches (length plus width plus depth), and 50 lbs. Participants may also bring one carry-on item and one personal item. Participants should consult the airline’s international baggage regulations as restrictions frequently vary by airline and may change without notice.
CANCELATION REFUND POLICY
The following cancellation/refund policy applies to DT2405 Westmount Bible Israel Tour:
Cancellations up to 131 days prior to group departure will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee.
Any cancellation between 130-91 days prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $500 penalty plus any airline penalties.**
Any cancellation between 90-80 days prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $1500 penalty plus any airline penalties.**
Any cancellation less than 80 days prior to group departure will receive no refund.
**Airline penalties refer to any cancellation fee(s) imposed by the airline or any fund not recovered from the airline. According to the specific airline contract, cancellations may result in a credit or travel voucher from the airline, depending on the date of cancellation. Travel credits/vouchers can be used in the future according to the conditions established by the airline.
Tours are not transferable.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The traveler assumes all responsibility for knowing about and meeting the entry requirements for their destination, whether those requirements are related to entry visas, vaccination(s), insurance, travel documents, or any other entry requirement(s) established by the host country.
TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTIFICATION
Discipleship Travel LLC strongly encourages travelers to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against the risks inherent in travel. However, the traveler is not obligated to purchase travel insurance to purchase this tour package.
Discipleship Travel LLC is not a seller of travel insurance and does not advise the traveler regarding specific insurance needs. The traveler should request policy information or clarification from a licensed seller of travel insurance.
While travelers may use any insurance provider, clients of Discipleship Travel LLC have been satisfied with Travel Guard for travel insurance. The following address lands at a Travel Guard Canada quote page: https://www.travelguard.ca/.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
As a condition of purchasing a tour package from Discipleship Travel LLC, the traveler agrees that the legal jurisdiction for any disputes between the traveler and Discipleship Travel LLC is the Christian County Circuit Court, Ozark, Missouri.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Discipleship Travel LLC acts as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related accepting services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Discipleship Travel LLC (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Discipleship Travel LLC, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, supplier failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to the traveler or the traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is expressly stated in writing on the traveler’s tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Discipleship Travel LLC does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Discipleship Travel LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, pandemics, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of Discipleship Travel LLC. The traveler assumes full responsibility for and hereby releases the agents of Discipleship Travel LLC any duty of checking and verifying any passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
In consideration of the inherent risks associated with international travel, and as part payment for the right to participate in such activity or the services arranged for the traveler by Discipleship Travel LLC or their employees and/or agents, traveler hereby assumes all of the above mentioned risks as well as any other risks related to international travel and does hereby voluntarily release Discipleship Travel LLC, their employees and/or agents and assigns, and does hereby discharge, waive and relinquish any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring to the traveler as a result of participating in such activity or activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said activities may continue; and, the traveler’s heirs, executors and administrators, and assigns hereby release, waive, discharge, and relinquish any action or cases of action, aforesaid, which may arise for the traveler and the traveler’s estate, and voluntarily agrees that under no circumstances will the traveler, or the traveler’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, prosecute, present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against Discipleship Travel LLC, their employees and/or agents for any of said causes of actions, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any of said persons or otherwise.
IT IS THE TRAVELER’S INTENTION BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE DISCIPLESHIP TRAVEL LLC, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANYONE NOT EMPLOYED BY DISCIPLESHIP TRAVEL LLC.
