INTENT TO REGISTER

Signing and submitting this registration form indicates that the traveler is intentionally registering for the 2431 Arlington Baptist University Greece Tour.

Submitting this form and a financial deposit/payment indicates that the traveler intends to enter into a binding contract that requires specific financial payments at specified times.

This registration is official once Discipleship Travel LLC receives the appropriate financial deposit/payment via check, credit/debit card, or ACH.

Any delay in receipt of the traveler’s payment by Discipleship Travel LLC may allow others to register ahead of the traveler named herein, possibly moving the named traveler to the waitlist. If the traveler chooses not to be waitlisted, they may request a refund without penalty.

PAYMENT POLICY AND PRICING






The published price is the cash/check discount price per person in US Dollars for the 2431 Arlington Baptist University Greece Study Tour.

When possible, Discipleship Travel LLC obtains price guarantees from suppliers. However, published rates are subject to change without notice depending upon the strength of the US Dollar and the fluctuating nature of oil, gas, and other costs.

As a convenience to travelers, Discipleship Travel LLC offers the option to pay tour fees by credit/debit card or ACH (eCheck) via the company website (https://discipleshiptravel.com/payments/). By selecting to pay by a credit/debit card or an ACH payment, the traveler agrees to pay the additional fees associated with this service. A credit/debit card payment requires an additional fee of 3% of the payment amount + $0.30 transaction fee. An ACH (eCheck) payment requires an additional fee of 1% of the payment amount + $0.26 transaction fee. The traveler agrees to check the box on the payment portal that includes the additional credit card fee at the time of payment or the traveler will be billed by Discipleship Travel LLC.

All tour fees must be paid prior to travel.

The full-package price for this group is $3,400 (cash/check). The Ground-Only package for this group is $2,400. The single supplement fee is $1,000.

The Full Package begins/ends at Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW).

The Ground-Only package includes everything the full package includes except airfare. Ground-Only participants must a) provide their transportation to/from Athens, Greece (ATH) and b) coordinate with the group’s Athens (ATH) arrival and departure. Any additional fees necessitated by traveling separately from the group are solely the traveler’s responsibility.

INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE

Coach airfare◇; double-occupancy† accommodations in 3* and 4* hotels; entry fees; English-speaking guides; drivers; breakfast at all hotels; dinner^ at the hotels in Delphi, Kalambaka, Kavala, and Thessaloniki; climate-controlled buses; porterage; and taxes and tips (hotel staff, drivers, and guides). Dinners are not included in Athens.

◇ Seat upgrades may be available at an extra charge.

† A single room requires a supplement of $1,000. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible for providing a roommate. Each participant is responsible for providing their own roommates.

^ All meals are prepared in industry-regulated kitchens licensed by the appropriate health boards, but Discipleship Travel LLC neither guarantees nor represents that in-flight and/or hotel meals will meet specific allergy or dietary restrictions of any participant.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE

Dinners in Athens, lunches, a la carte beverages at buffets (e.g., soft drinks and alcohol), daily water or snacks, souvenirs or personal expenses, any expenses resulting from illness or accident, passport costs, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned as included in the tour brochure or web page, or any other services not specifically mentioned as included in the tour brochure or web page.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The final balance must be paid by October 18, 2024.

LATE REGISTRATIONS AND LATE PAYMENTS

Late registrations are accepted. However, late registrations require a $50 non-refundable late fee per person.

Late payments will incur a $50 non-refundable late fee per person and may cause forfeiture of reservation.

LIMITED SPACE

The maximum number of total participants for the 2431 Arlington Baptist University Greece Tour is forty-five (45). Discipleship Travel LLC has secured 16 airline seats from Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW). Additional seats may be available at a different price.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS

The minimum number of participants for this tour is twelve (12). If twelve (12) participants fail to register and make the final payment, Discipleship Travel LLC may cancel the group, and all payments, less a $200/per person handling fee, will be returned.

If the group fails to be viable, Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible for, nor will Discipleship Travel LLC reimburse any expenses incurred by participants in preparation for the tour.

ITINERARY CHANGES

The related itinerary is subject to change due to airline disruptions or schedule changes, or local conditions, which may include, among other things, weather, security, and crowd considerations.

If an itinerary change necessitates extra overnights or other additional charges, each participant will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from such changes.

PASSPORTS

All participants must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond their return date. Any participant that intends to travel on a non-USA passport, is solely responsible for knowing and meeting the entry requirements for their destination country. The Government of Israel provides visa information here.

Each participant is solely responsible to obtain and maintain a valid passport. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible to secure a passport for participants, nor for verifying the validity of currently held passports.

PHOTOGRAPHY

By registering for this tour, participants give Discipleship Travel LLC permission to use and publish photographs in which they may be included for the use of promotion, print, editorial, advertising or other related purposes without financial compensation. Additionally, by registering for this tour, participants specifically release Discipleship Travel LLC from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Due to airline contracts, bus size, and included porterage, participants are allowed one checked bag, not to exceed 62 inches (length plus width plus depth) and 50 lbs. Participants may also bring one carry-on item and one personal item. Participants should consult the airline’s international baggage regulations as restrictions frequently vary by airline and may change without notice.

CANCELATION REFUND POLICY

The following cancellation/refund policy applies to 2431 Arlington Baptist University Greece Tour:

Cancellations up to 76 days prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.

Any cancellation between 75-45 days prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $300 penalty plus any airline penalties.**


Any cancellation less than 45 days prior to group departure will receive no refund.

**Airline penalties refers to any cancellation fee(s) imposed by the airline and/or any fund not recovered from the airline. According to the specific airline contract, cancellations may result in a credit or travel voucher from the airline, depending on the date of cancellation. Travel credits/vouchers can be used in the future according to the conditions established by the airline.

Tours are not transferable.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The traveler assumes all responsibility for knowing about and  meeting the entry requirements for their destination whether those requirements are related to entry visas, vaccination(s), insurance, travel documents or any other entry requirement(s) established by the host country.

TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTIFICATION

Discipleship Travel LLC strongly encourages the traveler to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against the risks inherent during travel (e.g., illness/injury, missed connection, lost luggage, trip interruption, etc.). Additionally, travelers should consider travel insurance that provides a trip cancelation benefit covering possible financial damages resulting from participant cancelation before travel.

Discipleship Travel LLC is not a seller of travel insurance and does not advise the traveler regarding specific insurance needs. The traveler should request policy information or clarification from a licensed seller of travel insurance.

In the tour documents (e.g., the group webpage and invoice) and in various locations at the company website, Discipleship Travel LLC provides Internet links to a travel insurance provider (AIG: Travel Guard) that offers a variety of travel insurance policies. See https://discipleshiptravel.com. The aforementioned links are a service to our clients and should not be considered a mandate to purchase travel insurance from the linked provider.

Discipleship Travel LLC receives a referral commission if travelers purchase a travel insurance policy from any of the referral links provided by Discipleship Travel LLC.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

As a condition of purchasing a tour package from Discipleship Travel LLC, the traveler agrees that the legal jurisdiction for any disputes between the traveler and Discipleship Travel LLC is the Christian County Circuit Court, Ozark, Missouri.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Discipleship Travel LLC acts as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Discipleship Travel LLC (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Discipleship Travel LLC, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, supplier failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to the traveler or the traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on the traveler’s tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Discipleship Travel LLC does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Discipleship Travel LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, pandemics, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of Discipleship Travel LLC. The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for and hereby releases the agents of Discipleship Travel LLC any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.

In consideration of the inherent risks associated with international travel, and as part payment for the right to participate in such activity or the services arranged for the traveler by Discipleship Travel LLC or their employees and/or agents, traveler hereby assumes all of the above mentioned risks as well as any other risks related to international travel and does hereby voluntarily release Discipleship Travel LLC, their employees and/or agents and assigns, and does hereby discharge, waive and relinquish any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring to the traveler as a result of participating in such activity or activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said activities may continue; and, the traveler’s heirs, executors and administrators, and assigns hereby release, waive, discharge, and relinquish any action or cases of action, aforesaid, which may arise for the traveler and the traveler’s estate, and voluntarily agrees that under no circumstances will the traveler, or the traveler’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, prosecute, present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against Discipleship Travel LLC, their employees and/or agents for any of said causes of actions, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any of said persons or otherwise. IT IS THE TRAVELER’S INTENTION BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE DISCIPLESHIP TRAVEL LLC, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANYONE NOT EMPLOYED BY DISCIPLESHIP TRAVEL LLC.
