Signing and submitting this registration form indicates that the traveler is intentionally registering for the 2713 Well Church Life of Paul Tour.
Submitting this form and a financial deposit/payment indicates that the traveler intends to enter into a binding contract that requires specific financial payments at specified times.
This registration is official once Discipleship Travel LLC receives the appropriate financial deposit/payment via check, credit/debit card, or ACH.
Any delay in Discipleship Travel LLC's receipt of the traveler’s payment may allow others to register before the traveler named herein, potentially moving the named traveler to the waitlist. If the traveler chooses not to be waitlisted, they may request a refund without penalty.

PAYMENT POLICY AND PRICING
The published price is the cash/check discount price for the 2713 Well Church Life of Paul Tour.
We provide a secure payment portal for travelers who prefer to pay by credit/debit card or ACH (eCheck). By choosing either of these payment methods, the traveler agrees to pay the applicable non-refundable processing fee.
Credit/debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of approximately 3% of the payment amount. ACH (eCheck) payments are subject to a processing fee of 1% of the payment amount.
When making a payment, please select the appropriate box on the payment portal to include the applicable processing fee. Do not calculate or manually add the processing fee to your payment. The payment portal will calculate and add the correct amount automatically. If the applicable processing fee is not included at the time of payment, the traveler will be billed separately by Discipleship Travel LLC.
All tour fees must be paid before travel.
The full-package price for this group is $4,750✯ (cash/check) per person. The ground-only price for this group is $3,100 (cash/check). The single supplement fee is $1,100†.
✯ An Egypt extension is available. Discipleship Travel is providing air-only for the Egypt Extension. The supplement for this air itinerary is $200.
The only difference between the full and ground-only options is airfare to and from Istanbul:
- The Full Package includes group airfare arranged by Discipleship Travel LLC.
- The Ground-Only Package requires participants to book their own flights.
This difference is reflected in the overall price of each package.
The Full Package begins/ends at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
All prices quoted for the 2713 Well Church Life of Paul Tour are based on current airfare rates, airline-imposed fuel surcharges, government taxes, and foreign currency exchange rates at the time of publication.
Discipleship Travel LLC reserves the right to adjust the total tour price prior to departure under the following circumstances:
(a) Airfare, Fuel Surcharges, and Taxes: Airline ticket prices, fuel surcharges, and government-imposed taxes are subject to change without notice until ticketed. In the event of any increase in such costs after the date of publication or registration, Discipleship Travel LLC reserves the right to pass through such increases to the traveler. Any such adjustment will reflect the actual increase imposed by the airline or relevant authority.
(b) Currency Fluctuations: All prices are based on exchange rates in effect at the time of publication. If the value of the U.S. Dollar declines relative to the applicable foreign currencies, resulting in increased costs to Discipleship Travel LLC, the company reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Any such adjustment will be based on reasonable and documented exchange rate changes.
(c) Minimum Group Size or Supplier Changes: If supplier costs increase due to changes in group size, vendor pricing, or other factors beyond the control of Discipleship Travel LLC, the company reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect such changes.
(d) Notice of Adjustment: Discipleship Travel LLC will provide written notice of any price adjustment to the traveler. No price increases will be imposed after final payment has been received, except for government-imposed taxes or fees that are outside the control of Discipleship Travel LLC.
(e) Acceptance of Adjustments: By submitting payment toward the tour, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to the possibility of such price adjustments as outlined above.
INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE
Coach airfare◇, double-occupancy† accommodations in superior hotels, entry fees, English-speaking guides, drivers, breakfast and dinner at the hotels, climate-controlled buses, one complimentary checked-bag✦, porterage, taxes and tips (hotel staff, drivers, and guides). No refunds will be issued for any unused elements of the trip, including but not limited to site visits, meals, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
◇ Seat upgrades may be available at an extra charge.
† Single rooms are limited and available at the discretion of the hotels, and require a supplement of $1,100. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible for providing a roommate. Each participant is responsible for providing their own roommate.
^ All meals are prepared in industry-regulated kitchens licensed by the appropriate health boards. Still, Discipleship Travel LLC neither guarantees nor represents that in-flight and/or hotel meals will meet any participant’s specific allergy or dietary restrictions.

✦ Airline baggage policies are subject to change at the discretion of the carrier, and such changes may occur with or without prior notice. Should the airline revise its policy to include fees for checked baggage, participants will be responsible for any applicable charges. These fees must be paid directly to the airline at the time of check-in or as otherwise instructed by the carrier. Participants are encouraged to verify current baggage policies with the airline prior to departure.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR COST
Lunches, a la carte beverages at hotel meals (e.g., soft drinks and alcohol), daily water or snacks, souvenirs or personal expenses, any expenses resulting from illness or accident, passport costs, or any other expenses not specifically mentioned as included in the tour brochure or web page, or any other services not specifically mentioned as included in the tour brochure or web page.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable deposit of $300 must be submitted by October 11, 2026. Fifty percent (50%) of the tour price must be paid by January 19, 2027, 130 days before departure. The final balance must be paid by March 10, 2027, 80 days before departure.
Late payments will incur a $35 non-refundable late fee and may cause forfeiture of the reservation. All payments must be received by 5:00 PM Central Time on the published due date. Participants should plan accordingly, which may mean using registered mail, overnight express, or electronic payments.
LIMITED SPACE
This tour has limited space, so register now! Discipleship Travel LLC has contracted thirty-six (36) coach airline seats on Turkish Airlines. An additional fourteen (14) seats have been reserved for the Egypt extension itinerary. Any full-package registrations beyond thirty-six (36) will be waitlisted. Any Egypt extension registrations beyond fourteen (14) will be waitlisted. Additional airline seats may be available at the same or a different price.
MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS
The minimum number of participants required for the tour to operate is twenty (20). For purposes of meeting this minimum, all registered participants will be counted together, including those participating in the Türkiye-only itinerary and those continuing on the Egypt extension.
If fewer than twenty (20) total participants register and make final payment, Discipleship Travel LLC may cancel the tour. In the event of such cancellation, all payments received by Discipleship Travel LLC will be refunded, less a $200 per-person handling fee. Alternatively, Discipleship Travel LLC and the group leader may agree to offer participants the option to pay an additional supplement so the tour can operate with fewer than twenty (20) participants.
If the tour does not meet the minimum participation requirement and is canceled, Discipleship Travel LLC will not be responsible for, and will not reimburse, expenses incurred by participants in preparation for the tour.
The optional Egypt extension air package requires a minimum of ten (10) participants. Participants registered for the Egypt extension are included in the twenty (20) participants required for the overall tour; they are not in addition to that minimum. If fewer than ten (10) participants register and make final payment for the Egypt extension air package, Discipleship Travel LLC is unable to offer the Egypt extension air package. This minimum of ten (10) applies only to the air package and does not affect the availability or operation of the Egypt extension itself.
ITINERARY CHANGES
The related itinerary is subject to change due to airline disruptions or schedule changes, or local conditions, which may include, among other things, weather, security, and crowd considerations.
If an itinerary change necessitates extra overnights or other additional charges, each participant will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from such changes.
Passport and Visa Requirements
U.S. citizens traveling on an ordinary U.S. passport do not currently require a visa to enter Türkiye for tourist stays of up to 90 days. U.S. citizens continuing to Egypt are required to obtain an Egyptian tourist visa. Egypt currently permits eligible U.S. passport holders to obtain an e-Visa prior to travel or a tourist visa upon arrival. Passports must have at least six months of validity remaining at the time of entry into each country. Entry requirements are subject to change, and each participant is responsible for meeting all passport, visa, and entry requirements applicable to his or her itinerary.
Each participant is solely responsible to obtain and maintain a valid passport. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible to secure a passport for participants, nor for verifying the validity of currently held passports.
The traveler assumes all responsibility for knowing about and meeting the entry requirements for their destination, whether those requirements are related to pre-travel approval, entry visas, vaccination(s), insurance, travel documents, or any other entry requirement(s) established by the host country. Additionally, the traveler is responsible for any associated costs.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Due to airline contracts, bus size, and included porterage, participants are allowed one checked bag, not to exceed 62 inches (length plus width plus depth) and 50 lbs. Participants may also bring one carry-on item and one personal item. Participants should consult the airline’s international baggage regulations as restrictions frequently vary by airline and may change without notice. If the contracted airline changes their policy, resulting in a baggage fee, the participant is solely responsible to pay those fees to the airline.

CANCELATION REFUND POLICY
The following cancellation/refund policy applies to 2713 Well Church Life of Paul Tour:
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations up to 131 days (1/18/2027) prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $300 penalty.
Any cancellation between 130-91 days (1/19/2027-2/27/2027) prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $700 penalty plus any airline penalties.**
Any cancellation between 90-81 days (2/28/2027-3/9/2027) prior to group departure will receive a full refund less a $1700 penalty plus any airline penalties.**
Any cancellation less than 80 days prior to group departure will receive no refund.
**”airline penalties” refers to any cancellation fee(s) imposed by the airline and/or any funds not recovered from the airline. According to the specific airline contract, cancellations may result in a credit or travel voucher from the airline, depending on the date of cancellation. Travel credits/vouchers can be used in the future according to the conditions established by the airline.
Tours are not transferable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Participants who have a medical condition (e.g., mobility limitations, pregnancy, etc.) or who use medical equipment that may affect travel should consult their physician and notify Discipleship Travel LLC, so that we can discuss possible restrictions. Any participant who is unable to get on or off a tour bus and walk without assistance from another participant must provide their own escort for assistance. Travelers with limited mobility should be aware that accessibility standards vary by country. Many international destinations may not offer the same level of accommodations and infrastructure commonly found in the United States.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this tour, participants give Discipleship Travel LLC permission to use and publish photographs in which they may be included for the use of promotion, print, editorial, advertising or other related purposes without financial compensation. Additionally, by registering for this tour, participants specifically release Discipleship Travel LLC from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTIFICATION
Discipleship Travel LLC recommends that travelers obtain travel insurance against risks during travel (e.g., emergency medical and evacuation, missed connection, lost luggage, trip interruption/delay, repatriation, etc.) and prior to travel (e.g., trip cancellation, lost roommate, etc.).
Discipleship Travel LLC is not a seller of travel insurance and does not advise the traveler regarding specific insurance needs. The traveler should request policy information or clarification from a licensed travel insurance seller.
Discipleship Travel LLC receives a referral commission if travelers purchase a travel insurance policy from any of the referral links provided by Discipleship Travel LLC.
In the tour documents (e.g., the group webpage and invoice) and in various locations at the company website, Discipleship Travel LLC provides Internet links to a travel insurance provider (AIG: Travel Guard) that offers a variety of travel insurance policies. The aforementioned links are a service to our clients and should not be considered a mandate to purchase travel insurance from the linked provider.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
As a condition of purchasing a tour package from Discipleship Travel LLC, the traveler agrees that the legal jurisdiction for any disputes between the traveler and Discipleship Travel LLC is the Christian County Circuit Court, Ozark, Missouri.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Discipleship Travel LLC acts as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Discipleship Travel LLC (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Discipleship Travel LLC, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, supplier failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to the traveler or the traveler’s companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on the traveler’s tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Discipleship Travel LLC does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Discipleship Travel LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, pandemics, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of Discipleship Travel LLC. The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agents of Discipleship Travel LLC, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
In consideration of the inherent risks associated with international travel, and as part payment for the right to participate in such activity or the services arranged for the traveler by Discipleship Travel LLC or their employees and/or agents, traveler hereby assumes all of the above mentioned risks as well as any other risks related to international travel and does hereby voluntarily release Discipleship Travel LLC, their employees and/or agents and assigns, and does hereby discharge, waive and relinquish any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring to the traveler as a result of participating in such activity or activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said activities may continue; and, the traveler’s heirs, executors and administrators, and assigns hereby release, waive, discharge, and relinquish any action or cases of action, aforesaid, which may arise for the traveler and the traveler’s estate, and voluntarily agrees that under no circumstances will the traveler, or the traveler’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, prosecute, present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against Discipleship Travel LLC, their employees and/or agents for any of said causes of actions, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of any of said persons or otherwise. IT IS THE TRAVELER’S INTENTION BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE DISCIPLESHIP TRAVEL LLC, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANYONE NOT EMPLOYED BY DISCIPLESHIP TRAVEL LLC.
